Discovering Your Why
Whenever I feel stuck in life it seems to point to a loss of freedom, a lack in the ability to choose how life shows up for me. Certainly years ago when I experienced depression I believed my life wasn’t my own, that it was controlled by the people and circumstances around me.
The dream life that you imagine for yourself most likely has freedom at it’s core because that’s who you really are in your true and highest form – pure, unlimited energy. As a human being with conscious thought you have some awareness of this and eternally seek this freedom.
What’s your connection to freedom?
The ways you experience it and the meaning you give it will be unique to you. For me freedom is tied to my expression and sense of purpose. When I feel free it’s like every part of my body and soul relaxes into a deep sense of peace. In a state of peace I tend to be inspired more, I create more, I smile more, I give more. These are reasons for me to get up in the morning. This is my WHY.
From there I can turn my WHY into a mission for my life, my family, clients, and community. My mission is to raise consciousness, so that people can find their place in this world and be happy.
You have a WHY and you have a mission also. I’m here to help you discover the freedom you desire.
Freedom starts within. Embrace the place inside where you feel most free and build your life around that.
When you are aware of your FLOW you can begin to seek experiences in life that align with you and create more ease and abundance. To find your flow and sense of freedom consider the following questions.
1. What feeling do you most want to achieve when you wake up in the morning?
2. What lights you up and makes you feel happy every time you do it?
3. Pretend for a moment that you had complete freedom in your life. What would you choose to do and why?
Everyone is unique and will have different answers to these questions.Share your answers below and let’s celebrate all the ways we desire freedom in our lives.
